Who We Are

A modern chiropractic group who is patient-centered. We are an educational resource for the community by leveraging modern technology as a vehicle to educate patients.

Chiropractic Care

Our mission is to get you out of pain, educate you on how to stay out of pain, and show you that you are much stronger, faster, and more agile than you give yourself credit for. We want to empower you to make good choices for you and your family, and help you realize that there is so much that you can do to improve your quality of life through manual adjusting, soft tissue work, cupping, therapeutic exercise, foundation training and whatever else it takes to regain that quality of life status that you deserve.

Whether you are a CrossFit athlete, rugby player, weekend warrior, laborer or desk jockey, our purpose is to be your main resource for improvement of movement, health & quality of life.

Offered in-person and virtual.

Follow up appointments range from standard 15 minutes to comprehensive 60 minutes.

Body Work

This style of clinical massage therapy is less of a spa experience and more focused on areas of dysfunctional tissue. With a heavy sport and athletic focus, our therapists are certified in neuromuscular therapy as well as FMT (Functional Movement Technique) through RockTape.

We offer sessions ranging from 20 minute spot treatments for those looking to work on a focused area or up to a 120 minute comprehensive session for multiple treatment areas.

Physical Therapy

In your PT sessions, we'll assess your strength, mobility, and movement patterns to create a personalized plan of care.
